Physiotherapy can help you if you are experiencing issues due to vestibular disorders (e.g., BPPV- "crystals out of place'') affecting your balance and having dizziness.

If you have suffered from Stroke or diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, to name a few, we can design an individualized Rehabilitation program to work on your mobility, strength, balance and functional living; We design programs to harvest your body's innate potential to cope and use it to your advantage to get you more independent.

Prophylaxis or Preventative Rehabilitation helps you identify factors or learn some tricks to prevent getting injured or re-injured. You don't have to be an athlete to learn about preventative rehabilitation. It is for all of us! It can teach you about proper posture, safe lifting techniques, and the importance of correct movements to help you prevent pain in your everyday life.

Whether you need some help with movement, increasing your walking tolerance and/or prevent falls, we can collaboratively design a program that best suits your needs.

CAN'T ATTEND IN PERSON? We have virtual therapy available for patients who are unable to physically make it to their appointments. We set up a virtual appointment (over a secure network) and take you through your assessment and treatment the way we would in the clinic.

Physiotherapist may be able to travel to your home and do their assessment and treatment in the comfort of your own home. If you don't have a car, not a huge fan of virtual therapy and/or would like to save on gas, then this might be a good idea for you.
