Virtual Physiotherapy

If you are unable to make it to the clinic and would like to get expert care just at the click of a button, then virtual option may just be great for you. The physiotherapist will do an assessment over the computer, i.e., will send you a secure link using the Jane software. After your first initial appointment, depending on your diagnosis you may not necessarily require 'hands on' therapy and can be treated via coaching and taking through your movements step by step. Physiotherapy at your own home

If you don't have transportation, unable to physically make it to our clinic and/or don't have access to internet (for virtual physiotherapy), please give us a call and we can discuss options to see if the physiotherapist can make it to your home to assess and treat.

Preventative Physiotherapy

"Prevention is better than cure"

No physiotherapy treatment is successful unless it incorporates a preventative program to avoid/prevent re-injury. If have have already sustained an injury or dealing with pain, then learning simple tricks and exercises can help you avoid getting in the same situation again. If you have never sustained an injury and have no symptoms at present, but would like to embark on a sport or activity for the season, you may want to consider getting a physiotherapy assessment. It will help you advise of any potential factors that could lead to an injury.
